Our Founder

James Conlon is a highly experienced executive and team coach. Before starting Ibex-CT he had a successful career as a senior manager within the financial sector, specialising in organisational and cultural change. For over 15 years he was instrumental in changing the delivery cultures of many large financial institutions. He now incorporates that experiences into his transformational programmes.
